Should additional work be required, such as attendance at site meetings with council officers or attendance at council committee meetings, preparation of additional information to comply with the requirements that arise out of such meetings/discussions, or supply of additional hard copies of the information, we propose his to be carried out on a Time Charge basis, our current rates for which are as follows:
Director £75.00/hr
Assistant £35.00/hr

All fees for planning applications, building regulations and advertising consent includes
 
  • Carry out site survey & research work as required to establish the site boundary, plans & elevations of the building.
  • ​
  • Obtain a digital Ordinance Survey map of the immediate area and produce a site plan as required for planning submission
  • Develop a set of "As Existing" and "Proposed" plans and elevations (with 2No. of revisions before submitting application)
  • ​
  • Prepare a Design and Access Statement if required by the Local Authority
  • ​
  • Consult with the Local Authority as and when required in order to progress the application on your behalf
  • ​
  • Deal with the planners all the way through the planning process
  • Complete the necessary forms and submit them online on your behalf with 1No. hard & soft (PDF) copy for yourself
  • ​
  • Travel to and from site for surveys and 2No. meetings
 
All fee NOT incudes

  • A fee payable to the local Authority / Building Inspection for the application
  • ​
  • Printing of additional hard copies of the drawing/s
  • ​
  • Specialist advice/s
